With over 30 years’ combined service, these appointments recognise their outstanding contribution to the Practice; strengthening our multidisciplinary approach, supporting our teams, and delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.

Wesley Henderson began his career as an electrical apprentice before moving into design and joining Ingleton Wood 14 years ago, where he has played a key role in the growth of our teams and collaborative approach.

Max Chapman’s journey spans nearly two decades, having joined in 2007 as an Architectural Trainee. Now leading the architectural team in Colchester, he delivers major projects while mentoring talent and strengthening cross-disciplinary collaboration.

🏃♂️ Congratulations to our fantastic team who took on this year's @cambridgehalfuk in support of @magpasairambulance . It was a brilliant day, with thousands of runners lining up at the start and taking on the iconic route through the city
🚁 Magpas Air Ambulance provides lifesaving pre-hospital emergency care across Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, and the wider East of England, with their specialist doctors and paramedics responding to an average of five calls a day.
📊 With each mission costing approximately £3,000 and the service funded entirely by donations, fundraising support is vital to help them continue delivering this critical care.
