Yoga became a personal journey, to find myself, to unlearn and relearn, to let go and to hold on.
Being part of such a supportive and safe playground, where trial and error were welcome. It helped me grow, not just during those two weeks, but long after. I cherish my hours of practice, I found courage, balance, a lot of hard work, and so much love along the way 🫶🏼
Teaching is both challenging and exciting, I hope to keep carrying forward the lessons and inspiration from @denisepayneyoga and @adefitrilo to keep going and be all in. Thank you!! ✨

10 - us dropping recycled waste every 2 month (we already accumulated 300kg)
