A month ago i returned from Sri Lanka. Still carrying the warmth, the slowness and the deep presence i found there.
One of the most meaningfull connections i experienced was with @annamariyoga from Finland. I was touched by her grounded energy. The way her yoga and meditations are interwoven with stories of astrology felt both ancient and alive. It stayed with me.
One day we went into the jungle together to create. No rush, no noise. Just nature holding space for us to return to ourselves.
This is why i always choose to shoot in nature. Because it gently takes us away from the chaos of everyday life ..and brings us back to our core.
‘Light Between Souls’is not just a photoshoot. It’s a shared experience. A moment of connection. A space where you are truly seen. Before every session, we take time to connect, to talk, to feel, to understand what wants to be expressed.

I created it while wandering through @kurulubay , Sri Lanka, guided by temple chants and the sounds of birds at Koggala Lake.
I’ve always had a naturally restless energy, my mind often full, always moving.
But in nature, something softens. The sounds, the stillness, the rhythm of light .. they ground me, bring me back to presence.
Through this work, i hope to share that same feeling into your homes. A moment to breath, a return to stillness, a reminder that peace is something we can touch, even in motion.

We are born in water. The womb is our first ocean. And still, the great ocean speaks to us, it’s tides pulled by the moon, just as our own cycles are.
The strenght of women is not loud, yet it is unshakable.
It lives in softness, in resilience, in the quiet power to carry and to rise again.

In the stillness of Being
There is a quiet strenght in simply being. A space where we no longer hide from ourselves, where light touches what’s often left unseen.
The stories beneath our skin, the marks of living, loving, becoming…
Solace isn’t always soft. It lives in what trembles and yet chooses to stay.
In the raw, unspoken moments where presence becomes truth.
And in that tender light, resilience blooms
Quietly, endlessly, within us
When i create my photography is a mirror of who i am and at the same time a window to the outside world.
Even when i photograph what is outside me , i cannot help but reveal how i sense, experience and see the world. Every frame carries a trace of my inner voice, my perception, my way of feeling.
A window can be transparant, yet the view is always filtered by the glass it passes through. My lens works in the same way: letting the world in, while also reflecting the unique way i move through it.
But more than a mirror or a window, i often feel that my work becomes a portal. A soft threshold between myself an reality. A space where i can approach the world with gentleness, even when it feels harsh or overwhelming. Through images, i can reshape what i see into something dreamlike and poetic, offering not just a reflection of the world, but also a tender reinterpretation of it.
Perhaps that is also what i hope for when someone purchase my work. That it might offer a moment of peace and softness in a world that often feels so hard.
In that sense, my photography becomes not only a mirror or a window but also a gentle vessel for feminine tenderness. Something i believe the world could use more of .
And i wonder when you look at art, do you see a mirror of yourself, a window to the world or perhaps even a portal into another way of being?

What touches me the most during a personal shoot, is the opening of someone who dares to step into this creative space with me.
Together we create and in that moment i get to witness the beauty of a soul starting to bloom, gently in their own rhythm.
The energy of our time together doesn’t end when the camera is put away. It continues to unfold afterwards, like the quiet opening of petals. That’s why i take a month before sharing the images: to let the experience breathe, to allow reflection.
When i finally send the photographs, i weave them together with words and music, messages i felt during our session, reminders of your light. It is my way of giving the blooming process even more strenght, so that it can echo in your life beyond the day of the shoot.
This is what a personal shoot means to me : a journey of becoming visible, of embracing yourself, of blooming into who you are.

Baudelaire once wrote that we must always be drunk, not only with wine but with poetry, virtue, beauty… Anything that keeps us from being crushed by time.
In my photography i too get drunk -not with alcohol, but with light, with energy, with the unseen whispers of the moment. I let myself be carried by the wind, the scent of flowers, the salt of the sea…
I lose myself in a dreamworld where nature breathes through me.
As a social worker and coach, i often witness pain, struggle and the raw edges of life. Yet even there, i see beauty: fragile, powerful, hidden… My art is the place where i can breath, be free and dream. It is where i translate what touches me into poetry without words.
Through my lens, i invite you into that dreamworld, to feel hope, tenderness, warmth and love… even in the world that is so hard.
Because, as Baudelaire reminds us, we must always be drunk on something. For me, it is light 🙌🏽💙🦋
I don’t just work with light, i live on it.
What i photograph, i also feel. The energy, the emotion, it matters as much as the light itself.
I let myself be carried by the light, letting it set the tone for every click of my camera.
Light has always been more than a tool for my photography, it is the pulse that keeps me alive.
It fuels me like the sun fuels the earth, filling every shadow with the promise of warmth. I drift on sunbeams as if they carry me into a softer, dreamlike world, where every detail is touched by gold and every breath feels like a beginning.
Light speaks in a language without words. It can wrap a moment in tenderness , turn the ordinary into something sacred and remind me that beauty is not seen, but felt.
To me, light is not just a illumination.
It is energy
It is strenght
It is life itself
And even when the sun sets, the light remains inside me
