EVENT BOOKINGS
Terms & conditions
~ Booking is NOT confirmed until the Deposit is received
~ Full Deposit must be paid within 7 days of confirming display details. Deposit is 50% refundable up to 14 days before event, non-refundable after this. Any pre-payments are fully refundable up to 30 days before the event.
~Communion/confirmation deposits are non-refundable as these are fixed dates but may be transferred to a different display design for the same date up to 30 days before event.
~ Full balance is to be paid BEFORE the event date- you will be given this date at booking
~ Each item we hire has a cost, anything added after the quote is at an additional cost i.e cakestand, walkway etc, equally anything removed less than 14 days before the event will still be charged for
~ We always attempt to set up the day before and remove the display the day after an event, depending on the venue. BUT The price we give is for the day OF the event, we do Not commit to provide a night before display
~ For events outside our local area, there is a minimum charge plus delivery fee based on Mileage
~We ask you to measure the area you would like Display to fit in.If wrong sizes are given, we are unable to refund for any changes that need to be made.
~ We text within two weeks of event to confirm colours, times etc. Please respond to confirmation message with 24 hours.

Amaiya's First Holy Communion 🧡
Our tall wooden cross took centre stage for this display 😍 We added LED lighting around the crosd edge & surrounded it in gold & cream balloons with floral fillers, with crisp white backdrop drapes,cakestands & floor.
Amaiya's floor matched the display perfectly 👌

Savannah & Chloe's Confirmation Day 💙🧡
We were asked to create a display with drapes, florals lighting and only a few balloons for a double confirmation celebration in blue, Gold & white colours with lots of small details.
And we think we delivered ♾️
Our swing was framed with a pretty floral garland, balloons & blue satin drape with a white voile & pearl edging. Our gold & white chair was highlighted by the Butterfly LED, the draped cakestand was perfect for the amazing cake, we added touches of blue in the florals with lots of soft lighting in the candelabra & tealights.

Arch is hand placed flowers so we can add coloured florals to suit your colour scheme.
