My work is not for everyone. But if you are among those who understand it, your energy will never be the same. I am almost complete with the series of free sessions, and I wanted to share what has been happening. I feel so privileged to be able to dive so deeply into someone’s matrix. A few days ago, I read someone writing: “Being a healer is not always crystals and light, it means also going to a coffee shop and then crying in the car for one hour because you have absorbed other people’s energy". OMG. NO. Being a healer doesn’t mean that you are the garbage bin of people’s dense emotions. I see too many people who practice healing arts in one way or another (energy healers, but also physical therapists, yoga teachers, psychologists, etc) walking around with their energy field charged with other people’s “stuff” because they don’t have any deep energetic awareness, anything that makes them conscious of what they are carrying around. There is always something that needs to be cleansed. Yes, we are extremely sensitive beings, and very often, crowded places are not our friends, but a well-trained healer knows perfectly how to switch the on and off button and, most of all, knows how to NOT absorb other people’s emotions and energies. Being fully energetically sovereign is possible (we already are, actually!!), and requires a process of healing and transmutation, an investigation of one’s energetic blueprint: understanding how we work so we can move accordingly, in other words.
