Ineffable is proud to announce that we have started brewing with beans from Caffè Umbria! Their bold flavors pair perfectly with our house-made syrups or stand alone as drip or pour over.
We'll be using the Gusto Crema blend for espresso - A medium roast with notes of chocolate and fig.
For drip & pour over we'll rotate through a couple of their offerings including the Arco Etrusco blend - a dark roast with notes of fudge & cane sugar.
