As many of you know, everything we do is built around creating a personal, one-of-one experience for our clients who are celebrating life most perfect moments. We want to make sure that experience only gets better. We’re hiring a full-time Client Experience Coordinator (Monday through Friday primarily) This role is a big one for us. It’s the first voice you hear, the first impression when you walk in, and the person helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. We’re looking for someone who: • Genuinely loves working with people and making them feel taken care of • Is highly organized and detail-oriented • Can manage schedules, appointments, and communication with confidence • Is comfortable with technology and social media (we use tools like HubSpot, scheduling systems, messaging, etc.) • Communicates clearly and professionally, both in person and digitally • Would enjoy being part of our presence in the community, helping represent Indy Facets at local events and partnerships If you’ve worked in a salon, med spa, boutique, or any client-focused environment, you’ll likely feel right at home here. Jewelry experience is a bonus, but not required. We can teach jewelry. What matters most is that you love making people feel special and truly value those relationship. We’re a small, tight-knit team that truly values each other and the relationships we build with our clients. Being part of the Indy Facets team means being part of some of our clients biggest and most meaningful life moments, and we don’t take that lightly.
