This intensive is for dancers who want to experience the professional world of the dance industry and build their resume and portfolio’s. Within the safety net of Industry Dance Workshop dancers will get to experience opportunities and classes that build a foundation and spring board for their dance careers. This intensive was created by IDW founder Leighanna Kennett to provide an inspiring experience to nurture the heart and soul of the next generation of dancers.

Led by Los Angeles Professional Dancer/Choreographer & Founder of Industry Dance Workshop, The Mentorship Program is a dance intensive like no other. From individual headshot sessions and audition prep, to dance training and artist development….this intensive leaves dancers feeling unstoppable.
There is no better feeling than seeing a dancer feel supported and encouraged to fully be themselves.

A curated group of artists will get a taste of the dance industry in LA, while under the educational umbrella of IDW, setting up a foundation for their future careers.
ELIGIBILITY:
Must have or is participating in an IDW Event 2026 or prior. (Creative Collective, The Mentorship Program or IDW Convention)
Ages 9+ with strong technical skills.
