Introducing organic paneer! We have decided to push the boat out even further in 2026. Using Organic milk sourced locally we are now separating and pressing our own paneer to make our food even more delicious!
This is a test batch of what is to come but we are very excited about our results. It has a much firmer texture than our store bought paneer. We are using lemon to separate the curd rather than conventional acids meaning it has a subtle tang that really gives it some character. This paired with the dairy being of a much higher quality makes it more rich in creaminess and flavour.

Massive thanks to @give.houseofhoney for having us be a part of the lovely family they have created! Many of the punters have been going here for 25 years plus, and we were made to feel incredibly welcome and part of it all from the get go.
Give! Has grown organically over decades by the continuation of it from younger generations. It’s not the biggest or most extravagantly designed of festivals, it’s small personable and done really well. This is something we would love to emulate :)
Honestly it was bloody excellent.
(Also Jay is a wasp whisperer… who knew!)

We had a lovely time trading at Glastonbury with @green_yurts and @glampville_ ❤️
We built a horsebox which was an experience in itself! It was a close call and everything was completed right up to the wire but we got it done. The two of us learned so much, there is an awful lot more to this than just food!
We are in love with the design @hc.creative__ created and the customers agreed! Was a great opportunity and we were well happy with the response we received :)
