2025
This past year I settled more in my body, in my thoughts.
In a way I found myself moving slower on the outside. Getting familiar with a different movement, a softer one.
Internally massive shifts happened.
I started meeting myself where I am.
At the beginning it felt chaotic and scary.
But with time I embraced it all.
I’m grateful to be learning everyday, for showing up for myself.
Thank you to all the people who were a part of my journey this year.
For all the anchors and special moments I witnessed.
To those that are beside me, supporting, teaching me how love is the only key for change.
And thank you to those who parted- my journey teachers.
I’m truly thankful.

על היוצרות והיצירה - פסטיבל גוף יוצר✨
קרידה מיה
אני בוחנת את מה שאני נושאת בתוכי- מה שייך לי ומה פועל מתוך הרגל.
קולות, דפוסים ואמונות מגבילות שלמדתי לאורך הדרך עולים אל המודעות.
דרך ההיוודעות אליהם אני משחררת את עצמי להיות הגיבורה של הסיפור שלי,
זו שמרימה את הראש.
בהשראת קולה ועוצמתה של צ׳אבלה וארגס אני פוסעת לעבר הוויה מחודשת,
שוברת גבולות דמיוניים ומשילה את מה שכבר עבר זמנו.
כך אני מתקנת, כשוברת שלשלאות, ופותחת מרחב של תודה וקדושה לנשים שגידלו אותי,
שבזכותן הגעתי לעולם.

Shelters and flowers
I find it impossible in these times of crazy shifts not to turn in. Looking where the outer world meets the inner one.
Reconciling and giving space to any battle that’s still happening inside.
This time Im learning to let things be rather than rushing to fix them.
Just to give myself space and when a new possibility appears - softness, and love are welcomed - this process reveals an honest separation between me and war and that’s a relief
Some solid reminders about undeniable universal laws
Reality is reflecting madness and darkness- old paradigms struggling to let go.
Reality is also a reflection of inner self.. I find that one very humbling
I’m questioning where can I let go, asking myself now to continue creating with love and joy.
Observing my inner landscapes, redirecting through my heart until this becomes a reality- a work in progress but a rewarding one as well
I’m looking at these delays as a blessing- also outside of my control
Im thankful for all the beautiful projects I’ve been working on throughout the last months with lots of beautiful people- All will come in the right timing- I’m sure

אני שמחה על הרגע הצלול בו החלטתי להפוך מקבץ של כמה תנועות לשער דרכו אוכל לצלול פנימה ולגלות דברים חדשים על העולם.

The Guerrilla Project, which we performed this past October at the New Dance Festival, was one of those moments where dance slipped into real life. I’m deeply grateful to the six incredible dancers who gave themselves so generously to this project. They reminded me how much magic can happen when movement meets a community in the most ordinary places.
את פרוייקט גרילה שהעלינו באוקטובר האחרון במסגרת פסטיבל מחול חדש במרכז קהילתי מגיד, היה עוד אחד מהרגעים שבהם המחול והתנועה מתחברים אל תוך החיים עצמם. אני מודה מעומק ליבי לששת הרקדנים המופלאים שנתנו מעצמם כל כך הרבה לפרויקט הזה. הם הזכירו לי כמה נוגע יכול להיות הרגע בותנועה פוגשת קהילה במקומות הכי יומיומיים.
