A photo from my phototherapy project “ love is a lie”. This project is focus on phototherapy which is apply in people who are in break-up relationship. I am interested in this area is because I want to save myself from bad emotion. For a long time, I was in a difficult situation where I could not live a normal life due to the negative emotions of my breakup relationship, but when I got my paintbrush and camera back, I found that I started to get over it. So, I decided to do a project about my breakup as a means of healing myself from this heart-breaking memory. Ultimately, my project combines love stories that I have collected, with images that serve as visualisations of the stories, or portraits of the clients. My healing process is divided into three stages. The first stage is when I talk to the client as a healer about those traumatic experiences and the client heals from the telling stories. The second stage is that the client heals through the photos I take, and I can be healed through the process of finding visual symbols and taking photos. The third stage is when the project is presented to the public as a photobook, where people who have experienced emotional trauma can healed by the traumatic experiences and photographs in this book, which resonate with them.
