Estar em Guadalajara ao lado dos capítulos da Impulse LATAM @latam_impulse em nosso Summit 2026 foi uma oportunidade importante para fortalecer conexões, compartilhar experiências e alinhar estratégias voltadas ao cuidado, à prevenção e ao acolhimento da nossa comunidade.
Momentos como esse reforçam a importância da construção coletiva entre os capítulos latino-americanos, permitindo a troca de aprendizados, a discussão de desafios em comum e o desenvolvimento de iniciativas cada vez mais conectadas com as realidades locais de cada território.
Mais do que encontros institucionais, esses espaços fortalecem a atuação da rede Impulse enquanto movimento global, ampliando perspectivas, criando sinergias e impulsionando novas possibilidades de atuação em saúde sexual, saúde mental, redução de danos e criação de espaços seguros para a nossa comunidade.

Florida already has the 3rd highest HIV rate in the country. Losing ADAP access could lead to thousands of preventable new HIV infections.

This decision puts LGBTQ+ youth at risk.
By overturning protections against conversion therapy, the Supreme Court has opened the door to practices that major medical experts have long rejected as harmful.
This isn’t about free speech. It’s about protecting young people.
Conversion therapy is not care. It’s harm.
AHF stands with Impulse Group and LGBTQ+ communities everywhere in calling for leaders to step up, protect youth, and defend affirming, evidence-based care.
This decision is a step backward.
It removes protections that were put in place to prevent real harm to LGBTQ+ youth and gives space to practices that have been rejected by every major medical and mental health authority.
As gay men, we know this harm firsthand. This is not theoretical. It affects real people, real lives, and the next generation of our community.
We will continue to speak out and push for policies that protect, affirm, and support LGBTQ+ youth everywhere.

For International Transgender Day of Visibility (#TDOV), we presented our inaugural Unapologetically, HIM. brunch + panel.
It was more than an event, it was a space rooted in visibility, transparency, and community, centering the lived experiences of trans men. The conversation was powerful, the energy was affirming, and the impact was real. One message carried throughout: “give us the space to speak for ourselves.”
