A site visit at Mermaid Waters, walking through the spaces before the final layers are resolved. Checking scale, natural light, material tones, furniture placement, and how each finish will sit within the home once it’s lived in.
This stage of a bespoke interior project is less about styling and more about considered curation — refining the FF&E, testing materials in the space, and ensuring every selection works together before the finished project comes to life.
