Over three months, they refined their ideas, strengthened their pitches, worked with coaches and experts, and pushed their ventures closer to commercial reality. Then came the Grand Final. 5 finalist teams took to the stage, representing ideas across AI, environment, health, digital and consumer innovation, pitching to judges, sharing their stories, and competing for a share of £100,000 in equity-free funding. ✨ When women‑led innovation thrives, the entire ecosystem grows ✨ Yesterday, @arcwestlondon.io and Imperial Enterprise Lab hosted the #WEInnovateNational community at the WE Innovate National Growth & Connections Summit 🚀 💡Bringing together founders, partners and enterprise teams from across the UK, the Summit celebrated women‑led entrepreneurship through meaningful collaboration. From the outset, there was a clear focus on why supporting women‑led, high‑growth entrepreneurship isn’t a “nice to have”, but a strategic imperative for innovation. 👏 Shout out to our incredible university partners: @qubelfast , @lborouniversity , @swanseauni , @durhamuniversity and the @uofglasgow . 💬 Our guest panel, chaired by Priya Guha MBE, built on this with conversations on investment and impact, alongside powerful insights drawn from lived experience as entrepreneurs, industry experts and leaders. Hearing perspectives from across the ecosystem showed us just how valuable this national collaboration is in supporting female founders 🌍 Many thanks to our panellists and speakers Professor Sam Grogan, Sam Cooper-Gray, Rachel Small, Dr Chiara Board, and Douglas Hansen-Luke.
