What if your hardware could be whatever you wanted it to be?
Ableton Move is a beautiful platform for tactile audio experiments! Here I've made it into a quantized recorder and looper and slicer. Middle two row of pads are sample slots that I've recorded into, each a 1 bar loop. Top row of pads lets me toggle slices on and off. Encoder lets me smoothly adjust the mix between the audio input and the sampled output.
All the audio is either coming directly from the M8 or live recorded from it and looped.
A bit of live techno featuring @weareelektron Digitone 2 and @beetlecrab.audio beautiful Tempera for amazing textured pads made from a few samples of my guitar and some chopped up vocals.
