Come and warm up your body and soul at this cosy winter edition of the Joyful Movement Party.
We’ll start the day with a playful Joyful Movement Workshop – a chance to shake off the winter blues, get out of your head and into your body, and connect with yourself and others in a fun, welcoming way. No experience needed – if you can breathe, you can join in!
After the workshop, we’ll ease into some socialising with: 🎧 Great tunes by @phill.fm and @robyn_bodywisdom 🎯 Garden games (indoors!) for a bit of fun ☕ Amazing coffee and other hot / soft drinks served by Half Space 🍴 Tasty snacks by @immigrantskitchen (and others!)
If you’re into baking, feel free to bring along any cakes, biscuits or sweet treats to share! Community vibes - any contributions welcome. 💛
