Hydration is not just a beauty tip… it’s a biological necessity. ✨
If your body is dehydrated, your hair will show it… dryness, breakage, lack of shine. Healthy hair truly starts from within.
So let me put you on to my morning hydration refresher.. this is how I nourish my body and support my hair from the inside out ✨
I start with fresh celery… rich in water, potassium, and essential minerals that help maintain fluid balance in the body. Then I add fresh ginger, which supports digestion, reduces inflammation, and keeps your gut functioning properly (and yes, gut health is directly tied to hair health).
Add in a whole lemon, including the peel. The peel is actually where most of the antioxidants and vitamin C live, which supports collagen production.. key for strong, healthy hair.
For my base, I use aloe vera juice. Aloe is packed with enzymes, vitamins, and minerals that help hydrate the body on a cellular level and support digestion and detoxification.
Of course, I add spring water for pure hydration, and chia seeds… which are high in fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, and known to support hormonal balance and help keep you full and energized.
This drink is:
• Hydrating on a cellular level
• Rich in antioxidants and minerals
• Supportive of gut health and digestion
• Great for energy, focus, and overall wellness
I don’t add any sweetening enhancements. When you juice fruits and vegetables, the natural sugars can hit your system differently, so I keep it clean, refreshing, and effective.
This is the kind of routine that wakes your body up, resets your system, and pours into your hair health over time.
At
@thebeautyhavensalon , I take a holistic approach bc your hair is a reflection of what’s happening internally. I don’t just treat your hair, I help you understand your body.
Save this, try it, and add it to your daily regimen 🤍
Cheers to hydration, wellness, and healthy hair from within. 💦 🥂
