The concept originated in my head from the story of Lilith being cast out of the garden of Eden and banished to hell after refusing to obey her husband, Adam. I loved the symbolism of Lilith being a demonic, feminist, rebellious icon and I wanted to recontextualize that with a modern twist, incorporating my own aesthetic.
