Yesterday we hosted a workshop for students of @sligoCFET 's Art & Design Portfolio Preparation course. Students worked with @kengunning , @marita_ohanlon_art and @organicdevolution across sculpture, oil painting, mixed media collage with a talk on gallery practice.
Public engagement and community partnership are a key part to what Scenius Gallery is here to do, and working with students at this stage of their creative development is exactly the kind of collaboration we value.

Wake II is about movement.
The passages of bodies, objects, and ideas move through water, each leaving a trace. Thoughts and memory all carry the imprint of motion. These movements shape form, record experience, and linger. We notice not only what moves, but how movement shapes what remains.
