In February, IMA Grenada, in collaboration with the Consulate General of Grenada in Dubai & the Northern Emirates, hosted a two-day celebration in honor of our 52nd Anniversary of Independence. 🇬🇩 Day 1 was all about celebration, bringing the diaspora together for an evening of culture, entertainment, and national pride. From the flavors of home to the vibrant energy of the performances, it was a true reminder of what it means to be Grenadian, wherever we are in the world. Day 2 shifted focus to opportunity and growth with the “Discover Grenada: Invest, Explore, Connect” Forum, held in collaboration with the Consulate, Grenada Tourism Authority, Grenada Investment Development Corporation, the Ministry of Diaspora Affairs, and St. George’s University. The forum created a valuable space for the diaspora to learn more about Grenada’s potential across tourism, investment, and education. Highlighted was the introduction of the Diaspora Homecoming Initiative, presented by Terry Forrester, encouraging Grenadians abroad to reconnect, reinvest, and play an active role in the nation’s future.
