You just need to do it even when it sucks, which it will a lot of the time. Thatâs the harsh truth. The sooner you come to terms with this, the sooner you will stop looking for motivation and become someone who does it anyways
Pretty crazy. Obviously itâs never going to be as accurate as a food scale, but youâre not gonna bring a food scale to dinner lol. So this is definitely better than nothing and accurate enough to still track your food and hit your goals
