L'HOOPCycle finalmente arriva in CORVETTO.
Da un'idea di Marisa Morán Jahn (
@marisa_jahn ) e Rafi Segal (
@segal_rafi ) l'HOOPCycle Milano è un campo di basket a pedali che abbiamo realizzato con i due artisti americani insieme al collettivo milanese
@ilvespaio.eu e la maestria di
@workbikegs , rinnovato e pensato per circolare sulle ciclabili italiane, nel rispetto delle norme vigenti.
Il tutto realizzato grazie al supporto prezioso e costante di
@dole_ita .
Durante la #milanodesignweek abbiamo attraversato la città in 3 tappe, in controcorrente rispetto alla concentrazione degli eventi, dal centro verso la periferia.
Una formula semplice per unire design, gioco e partecipazione come piace a noi, con una palla da basket tra le mani.
La HOOPCycle è un dispositivo artistico e sportivo che può trasformare ogni piazza, ogni strada, ogni luogo in uno spazio di gioco, incontro e relazione.
E continuerà a farlo.

HOOPcycle is finally coming to CORVETTO.
Born from an idea by Marisa Morán Jahn (
@marisa_jahn ) and Rafi Segal (
@segal_rafi ), HOOPcycle Milano is a pedal-powered basketball court that we developed together with the two American artists, the Milan-based collective
@ilvespaio.eu , and the craftsmanship of
@workbikegs . It has been redesigned and adapted to ride on Italian bike lanes, fully compliant with current regulations.
All of this was made possible thanks to the valuable and ongoing support of
@dole_ita .
During #milanodesignweek, we crossed the city in three stages, moving against the usual concentration of events — from the city center to the outskirts.
A simple formula to bring together design, play, and participation — just the way we like it — with a basketball in our hands.
HOOPcycle is an artistic and sporting device that can transform any square, any street, any place into a space for play, connection, and community.
And it will keep doing so.
