Yes, I’m still tired. Yes, some days feel overwhelming. But I’m also learning that taking a moment for myself is not selfish, it’s necessary.
Motherhood doesn’t mean losing yourself completely. It’s okay to step out, breathe, laugh, dress up, and feel like you again. Even if it’s just for a little while.
A rested, happy mom shows up better—for her baby and for herself.

You’re allowed to take a break.
You’re allowed to enjoy yourself.
