Last week, our team stepped away from the lab and into a different kind of “pixel space.” 🎮 During our team-building event, we took on a series of Pixel Arena games: an unexpectedly fitting parallel to the work we do in spectroscopy every day. What seemed like simple, fast-paced challenges quickly became a reflection of how individual signals (and people) come together to create something meaningful. Much like in spectroscopic analysis, success in the arena required: 🔹 Precision in every move 🔹 Careful timing under pressure 🔹 And collaboration to turn complex signals into clear insights A great reminder that behind every spectrum is a team working in sync, aligning small contributions into a sharper, more complete picture.
