Years ago we judged @masterchefuk The Professionals with our lovely friend @emma_tonkotsu . This week she’s only gone and opened @tonkotsu.ramenbar in Cardiff. It’s an absolute corker of a Japanese ramen bar and everything is utterly delicious. They make all their noodles fresh every day as well as nourishing broths for their Japanese noodle soups. You can tell their heart and soul goes into every bowl. Lush to see @happyendingsldn on the menu - the best ice cream sandwiches in the UK. Make sure you try the flavoured Sake! 乾杯
We were also blown away by the beautiful mural designed by our fabulous friend @patternistas@illustrator_eye .
Can’t wait to return! Thanks for the wonderful hospitality and the three delicious condiments we’ll be enjoying at home for weeks to come. Great job Emma, Ken and the team.
