Concept:
Each box represents a different persona of mine or different points in time of my life. Each is supposed to represent my mind and how I deal with things, when Iām speaking and rapping to the camera, it represents me speaking to myself in the mirror with all these different personas and points in time. Itās supposed to show me telling myself that Iām going to get through whatever issues have risen or road blocks in the way. Each box sing parts of the hook to show that that no matter the situation, something has happened and Iāve had to dig myself out of the hole. I speak on 1 specific topic in my second verse that is probably the core of it all. The way the video ends with us going back and sitting facing to the right is to represent going back to business as usual.
ā¢
Backstory/Goal:
This song is special to me because itās a letter from me to me. Talking to myself in the mirror with an audience. Assuring myself that, just as I have many times before, I will get through these hard times, and those days that weigh heavier than others on your mental. I wrote this and have felt every word so strongly every time I listen to it. I write from the heart and experiences; and I hope that this song may resonate with whoever relates to what Iām talking about or those feelings. Never let yourself down; it might be rough and seem like nothing will change but there it hope. And Iām beyond thankful I found mine. This Song will Soon be available on all streaming platforms. For now please enjoy this concept video.
āMaybe I need Therapy, Iām feeling weak, prefer silence than to speakā
Music has and always will be my greatest outlet. Has made conversations easier to have and made healing just a little bit easier. The Moon at Dawn is a testament to walking thru the fire and making it out alive and realizing youāre fireproof.

This is verse 2 I talked about in my last post. I spoke more in depth about losing alot of family and the significance of my grandfather and pops passing away in the same day a year apart from each other. I always feel nothing has been by coincidence as messed up as it might sound, but I see a different light in the way things worked out in my family. I hope you enjoy this Presentation from my latest EP.

I sat with this track for a while before releasing as itās another one of those personal/therapy sessions songs. I rewrote the second verse so many times because I wanted the right emotion to be depicted so for a long time it was only a verse and hook. This is what I started with before finishing the song. Bringing you into my world, Planet Moon!

I wrote this a few months ago in the height of the raids happening across the nation. I felt I needed to speak more as a first Generation Latino. And how this stuff affected me first hand. I also always love creating in ways that might help me speak louder than I could if I just made a speech. I love music, I love mi gente latino, and Iām proud of who I am and where I come from. This was a piece written as if I were in therapy expressing my frustration.

I been wanting to drop this for at least a month and half now. I wanted to do a cover to @jmsn ās āLove meā but I wanted to really pour in emotion into the song because of how those choir vocals sounded.

This is my take on the song, this is āA touch of Tragedyā a piece by iLLijah Moon. Since weāre getting to know each other, hereās a bit more about my lifeā¦

Ps. This is a raw version and has not been mixed/mastered. Thank youšš½

Practice and rehearsal are such an important part of honing your craft and anything you enjoy doing. Had the honor and pleasure of sharing the stage with my brother @_bigblacck at my last show. For years he would be the spotlight of concerts weād go to, like a hypeman in the crowd. And I needed that energy by my side so the world could feel it too. We practiced hard to give everyone a great show/experience. As yall can see here we gotta make sure the call to the crowd hits every time.
ā¢
Looking forward to doing more shows with my brother. Are you coming to the next iLLijah Moon show? Cuz you shouldš all are welcomedšš½
