Designed by Claud Beelman, this 1930 masterpiece boasts stunning turquoise terra cotta and a spectacular clock tower. From its rapid nine-month construction to its current status as a vibrant landmark, the Eastern Columbia Building has always been a hub of activity. Let's build something amazing together!
The Conservancy awarded the Eastern Columbia Lofts rehabilitation project a 2008 and 2025 Preservation Award.
