Cristina and Ilana joked for years about starting a mental health podcast. In November 2023 Ilana went to Costa Rica to face her longtime depression with plant medicine…it went very sideways. She was grateful to make it home alive. After a year of therapy and a ton of self work, she’s ready to talk about it here.

Sharing some Alaska highlights. It was a beautiful way to ring in the new year. Such a cool experience for our LA native kids and us east coast grown ups! The mountains were gorgeous, the moon was huge and it was -22 one day in Girdwood but that didn’t stop us from enjoying the Alaska wildlife conservation center and fresh snow! So grateful to the Alaska Sullivans for showing us such a great time and to @liamksullivan for making it happen!!!
