This Ala celebrates the spirit of Festa Junina, the second biggest celebration in Brasil, and the magic of Boi-Bumbá, one of Brasil’s most important folk traditions.
Born in the 18th century, Boi-Bumbá tells the story of a magical ox that dies and is brought back to life through music, dance, drumming, and collective celebration — blending Indigenous, African, and European influences into one vibrant spectacle.
In Brasil, we turn history into theatre.
We dance our roots.
We celebrate together.
Bonfires, quadrilha, rhythm, colour, and the joyful chaos of the arraial arrive at Notting Hill Carnival 2026 🌽🔥✨

Inspired by the culture of Pernambuco, we bring to Notting Hill Carnival 2026 the energy of Recife and Olinda: vibrant colours, powerful drums, movement, tradition, and festa from beginning to end. 🥁✨

This is more than a costume. It’s a celebration of Brazilian culture, ancestry, resistance, and alegria.
