Verify: As soon as an alert is triggered, our RTX analysts review the incident in real time to determine whether there is a credible threat to the client.
Escalate: Based on pre-established protocols with the client, our team takes immediate action, whether that’s contacting authorities or deploying an audio message through our robots to deter unwanted activity.
Respond: If the situation persists, authorities are contacted immediately. We then work with the client to review the incident and adjust their security as needed.
