Atlanta’s newest Indian restaurant just opened and it belongs on your radar 👀 @ikararestaurant is bringing regional Indian food to Atlantic Station and we’re not talking your standard menu. Chef Yugal Sharma is taking you across the country, highlighting dishes from specific regions all across India, North and South. About 40 options on the a la carte menu and a nine-course tasting menu coming soon. ✨ The cocktail program is just as amazing! Each cocktail has a fun presentation. Save this one for your next date night. 📍 @atlanticstation #atl #atlrestaurants #atlfood #thingstodoinatlanta #atldatenight

🌹 ELEVATED INDIAN IN MIDTOWN 🌹 Midtown date night idea? Save this. Ikara just opened in Midtown and it’s one of the most elevated Indian spots to hit ATL lately. The menu takes you across different regions of India, so it’s not your typical go to order. Everything feels refined and intentional. The space alone is worth a visit. With arched entryways guiding you from room to room, it feels warm and modern yet still upscale and inviting. They also have unique cocktails with fun, creative presentations that make the experience feel even more special. The beverage program is led by @arvindpoojariofficial from Pippal, with drinks inspired by Indian spice markets and coastal regions. Think cardamom, tamarind, kokum, and rose woven into classic cocktails. Did you know Ikara means “fragrance of rose”? You’ll notice subtle floral touches throughout, from the ambiance to rose petals in some dishes and drinks. And soon they’ll be rolling out a 9-course tasting menu + an intimate 30-seat chef’s tasting experience 👀 @ikararestaurant 📍 361 17th St NW Twelve, Atlanta, GA 30363 🅿️ Garage Parking 🕛 Open Daily 5:30pm-11pm ♥️ FOLLOW, SAVE + SHARE for more ATL hotspots!

✨✨✨ IKARA ✨✨✨ Atlanta’s Indian dining scene has a new addition with @ikararestaurant , an upscale restaurant located inside the Twelve Midtown Hotel at @atlanticstation . The menu pulls from different regions across India, focusing on traditional techniques and recipes that have been passed down over time, keeping things rooted without overcomplicating them. The cocktail menu curated by Arvind Poojari, ffers a solid mix depending on what you’re in the mood for. We went with Chennai Central (my favorite drink!), Aamras Ritu, and Kohra. If you prefer something more spirit-forward, The Last Local Home and Pehli Baarish are good options. Started with the Assorted Papad Platter with chutneys, Murg Malai Kebab, Pomfret Rava Fry, and Pepper Chicken Fry. For mains, we had Roomali Roti, Garlic Naan, Paneer Kulchan, and Mutton Dum Pukht Biryani (a must order here)! For dessert, the Kesari Phirni was a simple, well-balanced finish to the meal😍 The space itself stands out with high ceilings, a striking bar area, and a beautifully designed interior. There’s also a tasting room in the back that’s set to open later in the year. • • *hosted #ikararestaurant #indianfinedining #indianfood #atlanticstation #atlantarestaurants
