The 💜 🟣 purple-headed mountain,
The river running by,
The sunset, and the morning,

3.Motivation
4.Empathy ( understand people)

PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome)MY EXPERIENCE
PCOS is a hormonal disorder common among women of reproductive age. It’s often misunderstood as just “having cysts,” but it is actually a complex endocrine issue.
The “Polycystic” Misnomer: Many women with PCOS don’t actually have cysts just like me ; they have small, undeveloped follicles on their ovaries.
Hormonal Imbalance: High levels of androgens (male hormones) can lead to symptoms like acne, thinning hair, or excess body hair.
Metabolic Connection: There is a strong link between PCOS and insulin resistance, making nutrition and movement key parts of management.
KEY SYMPTOMS OF MY EXPERIRNCE WITH PCOS
Irregular periods, acne, weight gain and losing it was so difficult, hair thining ( with this i was so scared when I see chumps if my hair and excessive hair ( hirsutism) on my chin and my chest
COMMON CAUSES AND RISKS FACTORS I EXPERIENCED
High insulin,Genetic factors ,low-grade inflammation and hormonal imbalance ( high estrangement) as core causes
DIAGNOSIS
1. My Doctor asked for my Medical History and he did Physical Examination.
2. I did Pelvic ultrasound to check ovaries
3. Likewise Blood Tests for hormones and Glucose level.
Effective Management Strategies
This is a call to action. The lifestyle changes and medical support systems that help me and other women thrive with PCOS are :

“I used to think my ‘gut feelings’ were just a metaphor. I wish I’d known earlier that my gut is actually my second brain, and it has a massive say in how I feel every single day.
@vivafemini
“I spent years trying to ‘think’ my way out of stress or brain fog, not realizing that what was happening in my digestive system was directly affecting my mental clarity. Once I started nourishing my gut, I wasn’t just fixing my digestion,I was clearing my head.”The Empowerment
“Our bodies aren’t just a collection of separate parts; everything is a conversation. When you listen to that gut-brain connection, you stop fighting your body and start working with it. That’s where the real power is.”
