'Moon' marks my debut exhibition in Tokyo with a series of monochrome landscapes painted during my art residency at Epazabu.
Rooted in yohaku—intentional emptiness—the works draw from the study of calligraphy during my time in Japan.
Forever grateful to @chris04 for helping shape the show from the ground up and the support throughout the entire process.

LLAR is an installation painted inside a traditional Japanese home. The title, meaning both ‘home’ and ‘fireplace’ in Catalan, draws a parallel between fire and the spaces we inhabit, emphasising fire’s role as a defining element of our existence—simultaneously nurturing and threatening to consume it.
