Public Furniture is an ongoing project which activates spaces and imagines more dynamic and joyful public resources. This installation, at CCA, is an invitation to explore the new plazas on campus and for the community to connect to these new exciting spaces.
The project is part of @ccaexhibitions show Take Action!
We recently worked with a Family in Piedmont CA, where we were tasked with updating their home to better accommodate their busy daily lives, modernizing their kitchen and dining spaces creating a more usable space. This also included rethinking the circulation between the entrance and dining space and simplifying the connection to the basement living space.

Conversion of an Existing 400sqft Garage in Oakland to an ADU. Working with a small footprint, our main goal was to increase the functionality and relationship with the yard. A double volume heigh and a large bi-fold door expand the feeling of the space, making an otherwise small area feel open and fluid.
