Most parents think a daily bath is part of the “routine,” but you might actually be doing more harm than good in those early weeks. From stripping the natural skin barrier to disrupting the microbiome, the “standard” bath might not be as healthy as we were told. #newborncare #babyskin #babyskincare #momtips #babyhealth

Not every vaginal discharge is “normal.” If your discharge suddenly changes in color, smell, texture, or amount, your body could be trying to tell you something. Different infections can cause different types of discharge, so paying attention to changes matters. Early treatment can help prevent complications. Don’t ignore what your body is trying to say. If you watched till the end, drop a 🍓 in the comments. Tag and share with every woman you love. #womenshealth #healthtipsforwomen #yeastinfection #vaginaldischarge #vaginalhealth

30.04.2026 Happy birthday, Ifihan! Last chapter taught me what it truly means to depend completely on God, and He showed me, over and over again, that my eggs are safe in His basket. A lot can really happen in just one year… and I’m deeply grateful for it all. As for this new chapter? I already know it’s sorted. My berries 🥹 please say a word of prayer for me🩷.

Let’s get real for a moment. Motherhood starts with such different beginnings. 👣 I’ve been thinking about how much our birth plans actually shape us. Moms, how big was your baby and what determined your delivery method? I want to hear the honest truth! Was it your choice, your doctor’s, or a change in plans? 🤲🏼🩷🌸 #birthstories #motherhoodunplugged #newmom #BirthJourney #MomLife

Let’s talk about something uncomfortable: ⚠️ Who should have the final say over a woman’s body in a life-threatening situation? Because this is not just a story — this is happening more often than people admit. In many cases, women are fully conscious, informed, and capable of making decisions… yet everything is delayed because someone else must “approve.” And sometimes, that delay costs a life. So I need you in the comments: Should a husband have the right to refuse consent for his wife’s life-saving procedure? Yes or No — and WHY? Let’s have this conversation. (maternal health, pregnancy complications, labour and delivery, emergency C-section, childbirth risks, maternal mortality, birth complications, safe delivery, pregnancy care, obstetric emergency) #pregnancy #pregmom #childbirth #maternalmortality #safedelivery

Let’s clear this up once and for all. Caesarean Section (CS) is NOT the easy way out. It is major abdominal surgery, often done to save the life of a mother, a baby… or both. As a nurse, I’ve seen women go through hours of labour, complications, fear and then end up in an emergency CS. Not because they failed… but because it was the safest option. We need to stop shaming women for how they give birth. This Caesarean Section Awareness Month, we’re choosing respect over ignorance. If you’re a CS mom or you support one, drop a ❤️ and share this. Someone needs to hear it. #caesareansectionawareness #caesareansection #csmom #csmommyhere❤ #pregnancy
