A little boy was rescued after four years of abuse by his stepfather, James K. Macgrander. If you suspect a child is in danger, send all tips to
@pptipline . On February 15, 2025,
@ifightforkidsv4 from the Predator Poachers team and
@ppillinois from the Predator Poachers Illinois division showed up unannounced and had a calm, cordial, hour-long conversation with 45-year-old James K. Macgrander in Jacksonville, Illinois. During this long-form conversation, the two teams discussed his illicit activities online and at home with his own child. James admitted to everything, leading police to investigate and arrest him. On September 16, 2025, he was sentenced to only 18 years in prison and is required to serve only 85% of the sentence. He was also fined just $500.
The two individuals responsible for this lenient, generous, and outrageous sentence for one of the most evil people in America are Attorney Gray H. Noll and Judge Christopher E. Reif. Thanks to them, James Macgrander will be released from prison at least five years before retirement age, free to destroy more children. His charges carried a sentencing range of 6–60 years. They determined that less than one-third of the maximum sentence was sufficient for destroying a little boy’s innocence over at least four straight years.
Gray H. Noll (full name: Gray Herndon Noll) is the elected State’s Attorney for Morgan County, Illinois. He has held the position since January 1, 2016 (re-elected in 2024 as a Republican).
Judge Christopher E. Reif is the Presiding Circuit Judge for Morgan County in the Illinois Seventh Judicial Circuit Court, based in Jacksonville. As Morgan County State’s Attorney from 2004 to 2012, he created a child advocacy protocol to improve the tracking, investigation, and prosecution of juvenile sex offenses and serious abuse cases. #illinois #jacksonville #foryou #foryoupage #fyp
