3 months ago God convicted me of my heart posture behind posting on social media. It’s even hard to admit now, but the small platform I had became an idol for me. I think it’s so easy to fall so deep into ‘hustle culture’ that you start caring more about views and likes than the hearts of the people who come across your content, and I had to realise that my intentions behind posting had become for myself and not for God’s kingdom.
But there’s more to my purpose than my own success. By showing the heart of God we can all speak to the hearts of men, and this is what He wants for us, to be light and to show others the light of God (John 1:4-5!!)
(ps the first line of the poem cut off slightly, it says “when was the last time you just… took a breath”)

04/01/25- Grace Notes: Agape

We are not called to be perfect.
But through Gods perfect love and grace I find the strength to do things that I used to think I’d never do.
