Getting outdoors!
In April is was lucky enough to start the month of skiing in France, I then took part in a charity challenge with my 2 stepsons where we climbed Pen Y Fan 8 times over a weekend. The equivalent of Everest base camp to the summit.
All of this on top of my usual training routine.

Don’t know how to describe how I am feeling right now, a mixture of pain, achievement, gratefulness, and I’ve never been more motivated about my campaign!
Honestly thank you so so much to everyone who has either donated or shown your support through messages or following along on social media, it means everything to me and reminds me why I am doing what I am doing. In this moment we have raised £840 for @audhdukcharity which is far beyond what I imagined! So I am very very grateful.
After this weekend I feel stronger than ever about the campaign and most importantly the message I am trying to push that the best cure for mental health is improving your physical health and I can’t stress it enough! There is no better medicine.
The conversations we have had with people who stopped to speak with us were amazing, so many people stopped to say they have ADHD or Autism or they have a family member with it, and speaking with them and hearing their stories and how they find fitness and outdoors activities have helped them just reinstates the message and shows you it does work!
I feel ready to take on the world with this campaign and I hope for big things in the future, we are doing more than just raising funds we are building a community of happy like minded people!
