What an incredible time at our Family Picnic and Pet Adoption event last weekend! āļø
This event was not only about games, food, and fun; it was an opportunity to bring employees and their families together through the efforts of our Community Action Team (CAT). With friendly competition and connecting over a shared purpose, the day reflected what makes the culture at IES Communications so special.
We are proud to partner with HALO (Helping Animals Live On) Animal Rescue to support finding loving, forever homes for three puppies. š¾
A huge thank you to everyone who attended, volunteered, and helped make the day memorable. Shout out to Graybar for their generous support of this event.
At IES, we believe strong communities are built through connection, compassion, and action. This event was a great example of all three. š

This week, IES hosted our mid-year sales meeting in Aurora, Colorado.
Our teams came together to strengthen connections, welcome new members, explore what drives individual success, and participate in activities designed to enhance relationship-building skills.
We were honored to have @Wesco.corp as our title sponsor, supporting an evening of networking and virtual golf with our sales leadership team.
By evaluating current market conditions, aligning organizational strategies, and forecasting future trends, this meeting equips our teams to serve clients with confidence and professionalism. IES remains committed to delivering tailored solutions and expanding our reach across the nation.
Thank you, Wesco, for supporting this event!
IES Communications supports CPR training for employees because it directly strengthens workplace safety, preparedness, and confidence in emergency situations.
When employees are equipped with CPR skills, they are better able to respond quickly and effectively to cardiac or breathing emergencies, which can significantly increase the chances of survival before professional medical help arrives.
Beyond the immediate life-saving potential, CPR training fosters a culture of awareness and responsibility, where employees look out for one another and feel empowered to assist in critical moments.
As a result, our training doesn't just mitigate riskāit builds a safer, more resilient workforce where employees are confident, capable, and ready to act when it matters most.
