Valentine’s Flow Friday recap 💘✨ (yes I know… I’m a little late posting this 😅)
We kept it cute and cozy that week!
Valentine exchange cards, heart-shaped cookies, sweet treats, coloring books, crayons… and of course FLOW.
Some of us also practiced a little choreography from what we learned in Emma’s (@adelita1014 ) hoop class last month, which was super fun to revisit together.
I even kept the sound on one of the clips because the moment was too funny not to share 😂
