ID.3 was the name that came to me when I started this thing alone and out of my house in 2007, and unbeknownst to the 2 others that would make the 3, I set it up so I could bring them into my plan.
They have since retired and we now have formed a new dedicated and talented dream team and I’m still in the middle of it all. In 1 more year Id.3 will be celebrating its 20th year in business and we are just getting started.
With literally hundreds of projects and homes created, I’ve cherished every key that’s been handed over, every tear I’ve cried and every friend that I’ve made.
Here’s to many more decades of id.3 and many more homes to be created.

In the end it won’t be about the spaces and homes we have designed, the spaces will be a backdrop to the relationships and memories we have lived. And what a great backdrop to have had at Katie’s long awaited retirement party.
@sylvatahoe has already been a space of multiple memories since it has opened and we have loved experiencing one of our designs in action.
Best of all we love being part of the change in our sweet little town with wonderful people, making amazing food and filling the space with energy and care.
