Music: a big part of multiculturalism.
For my second semester project on the theme of Origins, I recycled old headphones and reinterpreted them.
Growing up surrounded by many cultures, shaped by my parents’ interests and the families of my friends, I grew up and was raised with a wide variety of cultures and music.
Using materials and techniques found across many cultures, I wanted to create something that doesn’t represent one single culture, but reflects diversity.

„Why so serious?
Trickstars, queers and other criminals“
This Project, comepletly out of muslin comes to you as my first semester uni project at @htw_fashiondesign
I drafted the pattern from a corset pattern that i had around and added more lengh and with at the top.
I first sewed the normal corset and then began to ad fabric to the bottom and to the top just experimenting around with how the shape in how i envisioned it will come to live.
I worked really long on this corset dress as sewing all the corset boning chanels and inserting the corset boning took a long time.
The dress comes to live on the beautiful @idsoco7
And the makeup is done by the talented @ellelysmakeup
