A DAY AT SOSSUSVLEI
Our day spent in Sossusvlei and Sesreim was probably our favourite day in Namibia so far. From running down enormous sand dunes to swimming in canyons, every moment felt quite surreal. 4x4ing through the ‘desert sea’ was probably the most surreal moment, and we’re proud to say the Mitsubishi made it through amongst the many Toyotas. 💪 Feeling very lucky with the weather and our timing as Sesreim apparently hasn’t had water like this in 10 years and the 4x4 route to deadvlei is rumoured to be closing in the coming month except for tour vehicles. What an experience! 🏜️💦

Road trip in #Namibia was an extraordinary experience! Came from overpopulated country, got used to traffic roads in Bali & Jakarta, then saw almost nobody in a hundred kilometers road trip except some animals. 🫠🚧
