We’re filling Idle Hour with vendors selling bookish goods, The Last Bookstore bringing in loads of used books, a door prize raffle just for showing up, and a full school lunch-themed menu to really commit to the bit.
It’s nostalgic, a little ridiculous, and easily the best way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

Love turning an errand in Glendale to a side quest for Kitsch. This is @idlehour opened in 1941 meant to resemble a Whiskey Barrel to lure thirsty workers for their “idle hour.” On the patio they have a recreation of the Bulldog Cafe from 1933.
