Here’s some urban lavender-the first lavender I’ve ever planted that actually got to the flowering stage. All our pastry this morning was borderline overproofed but we’re gonna put it out and open. I sampled a few things this morning and while it’s not perfect I do think it’s passable and since there’s a whole team of people here relying on being open-we’ll be open! Happy Monday ❤️
