Not gonna lie, this is absolutely baffling to me.
It took me, I don't know, maybe 45 minutes to an hour to create this video from taking my idea, whisperflow it into an AI [claude], and using AI to describe exactly the right format to create a script for the AI [see below]. In this case I used Seednace 2.0 and it got pretty much 90% of the way there. I just did a few little cuts and edits. There were maybe three generations that came out of this, and it maybe cost me like £3 or something, and then this is what came out. Unbelievable, unbelievable. I've actually got an article on how to create videos with the correct prompts and sequencing in art and algorithms.
To think that now, because it used to be that you could, for example, type in a prompt in the exact same format it is supposed to be presented in and rubbish would just come out. With this it nailed the sequencing and the cutting of the different shots as the person is running literally straight away, and the aesthetic and realism are really nice. It just blew me away.
We're going to see this year so much disruption in the industry; it's crazy.

AI is creative. It's just a you problem. I spent the weekend trying to break something down. Not code. Not a workflow. Something harder — what makes a photograph feel like it was taken by someone who knows what they're doing. Unconventional angles. Negative space. Rule of thirds. Shooting through things. Depth. Emotion. Story. Turns out creativity isn't magic. It's a game with rules. And if you don't know the rules, you can't play. Think about it. You can't be creative with a pen if you don't know how to hold one. You can't compose a shot if you've never thought about where the eye travels. Even chucking paint at a wall has a rule — you just decided that's the rule. DNA does the same thing. It evolves, adapts, changes under pressure. Creativity at its most fundamental level. AI is no different. But here's the thing most people miss: AI doesn't lack creativity. It lacks your taste. Your rules. Your understanding of the game. So I gave it mine. I distilled everything I know about emotion, storytelling, composition, and direction into a set of constraints. Not prompts — parameters. The kind of knowledge a photographer carries in their body after years of shooting. Then I built a system around it: Subject → Wardrobe → Location → Story → Shots → Output Fully automated. Import an image, a character, a mood — and it generates editorial photography that follows rules I spent years learning. The AI didn't become creative on its own. I taught it the game. And once it understood the rules, it started playing. Creativity isn't something you wait for AI to develop. It's something you transfer. The question was never "is AI creative?" It was always "are you creative enough to teach it?"

I close my eyes, I dream, I hit record on Wispr Flow, and I describe what I see in my mind's eye. This is the barrier of entry now to creating photo shoots like this.
Anything is possible now.

There’s a lot of you who might be scared of what’s coming with ai, not going to lie. I am too.
But… if you can be a kid again, dream ideas that used to be impossible. The mind now has no limit
It’s not for everyone. And I get your bias. I feel like I can now finally direct shoots how I want them, we have unfortunately lost part of the collaboration with the team.
(Which I miss so much)
But as John Everett Millais painted Ophelia with paint
I now paint with pixels.
Change is coming very quickly.
And it’s coming faster than ever this year. We aren’t ready for what’s coming.
But I’m trying to have fun along the way.
Here at IDLE we’re moving at the speed of a photon.
We’re deciphering the noise and distilling into focus.
What once was chaos is now a structured identity, editorial that hits every time.
We have found the source code and nothing is impossible.
No location scout. No lighting crew. No 4am call times.
No “sorry the venue double-booked.”
Just me, a vision, and a conversation with a machine.
I directed this entire shoot from my sofa. In my pants. With a cup of tea.
The game isn’t changing. The game is over. We’re playing something else entirely now.
Welcome to @idle_creative .
We think things into existence.
This is AI…
One satisfactory product image.
That’s all we had.
But we don’t see product images.
We see 6am fog. Breath in cold air.
A woman at war with her own limits.
You hand us an asset.
We hand you back a feeling.
Everyone’s got the tools now.
Not everyone’s got the vision.
One satisfactory product image.
Plus imagination that won’t settle.
Turns out that’s enough.
Not affiliated with @on but this pitch deck is proof of concept
Vision is all you need.
Ai production is here. And we already ahead
We didn’t book a studio for these campaign flatlays.
We designed a system.
Concept by AI. Generated by AI.
Fully autonomous. Infinite possibilities. Production ready.
What this unlocks for brands: • Creative exploration at scale. Dozens of on-brief variations in one session. • Faster feedback loops. Art director controls, instant regeneration. • Lower production risk. No reshoots. No location variables.
This is content as a system, not a shoot.
Old shoots are dead. New workflows win.
No garms were hurt.
By IDLE Creative.
If you lead brand, ecom, or growth and want this for your next drop, comment GARMS or DM me. I’ll share a short behind the scenes video and the starter workflow we use to spin these up fast.

At @idle_creative , Ai isn’t a buzzword—it’s the blueprint.
We build custom models, locations, and assets tailored to your brand.
But the real magic? Consistency. Across every shot. Every drop. Every time.
That’s why we engineered our own internal workflows—to keep your product looking sharp, aligned, and unmistakably you.
Welcome to the future of content production.
