In May 2021 I picked up Stella (Jessie) from @halonokillrescue - fostering to adopt. She was shaking, scared, and had a lot of trauma to overcome. We spent weeks building trust… and over time we both gained the confidence to re-explore this sometimes very scary world. By the end of May, adoption became a must. As of Oct 2021, we’ve reached PEAK Stella. Healthy, curious, and full of love. My girl got her groove back, and gave me some to spare. Thank you so much for everything you do Halo 😇 You’ve changed our lives ❤️🙏
