All Identify BMX components are designed by owner and mechanical engineer, Mike Hudzik.
Mike has a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. He spent over a decade designing precision motion control systems and managing supply chain departments. He works closely with machine shops and has gained extensive knowledge into manufacturing processes. His technical and manufacturing background has given him the ability to be hands on from beginning to end, allowing us the ability to offer you the best product for your BMX racing needs.

Your bike’s temperature can change drastically and cyclically. Bike bolts are typically stainless steel, a different material from the parts they clamp. Because different materials expand and contract at varying rates when heated or cooled, this can significantly reduce bolt torque or even loosen them.
