I always try to include mobility and stretching in my routines, especially after training legs.
This helps me release tension in my hips and legs and makes my body feel so much better after.
♦️ Hips + hamstrings♦️ Glutes + inner thighs♦️ Lower body mobility♦️ Perfect after leg day♦️ 10 min routine… Simple but so effective!
Don’t only stretch when your older start now that’s the trick to stay flexible 💪🏼
