³ Skipping helps to improve heart rate and blood pressure. It can also help you “boost your immune system, balance your metabolism, and improve your overall health in a short period of time,
⁴ You should be able to multitask meaning : completing a full rope revolution without catching the rope (Mental Focus, Coordination, Stamina, Energy)
Dance :
¹ move rhythmically to music, typically following a set sequence of steps.
² a series of steps and movements that match the speed and rhythm of a piece of music.
½ Energy is all about how movement happens. It represents the qualities of movement. It's because of energy that a dance can have so many nuances
Jumping rope and dancing : The ability to execute simple and complex dance movements while jumping over the rope.
The energy, Stamina, Coordination, Execution (just to mention a few) you need to keep an effortless composure 🧠🫀🫁🩸
